Insomnia allows for refunds for store credit and we also allow size exchanges in case something isn't fitting quite right for all US orders!

In the case of packages that have been returned to our facilities due to incorrect address or non-collection of package at the place of residence or at the postal office, the customer can choose to re-ship at their expense, or receive a refund for the order minus the shipping expenses and fees.
