Head of Menswear Design (Contract) APPLY NOW

Role Overview:

Leading the menswear design team, you’ll create designs across all product ranges from tops, to denim, to outerwear and communicating with the production team to ensure expectations for the final product are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team in creating new ideas and sketches across all product ranges, on CAD via Adobe Illustrator
• Create sketches, technical drawings and CADs
• Continuously involved in the design process, identifying key trends, sourcing fabrics, colours and shapes relevant to the brand.
• Work with our graphic designers to source logos and artwork for new pieces
• Create tech packs for designs to deliver to manufacturing partners
• Develop mood boards to represent the direction of collections, staying reactive to new trends on brand for Insomnia Visuals

Note:

This role is a part-time contractor role with expected work hours of 20-25 hours per week.

You will be working directly with Insomnia's creative director + production teams to ensure designs are created and pushed through the production process.
